As a soul, I am part of the whole. As a whole, we are all one.

Equip yourself duly to reap rewards from the on-going shift, which we are all sensing in assorted silhouettes and forms. Empower yourself with the truth, to live in grace, one step at a time.
Our sacred Vedas preach the concept of non-duality, of Oneness. Bhagwan (भगवान् Bhagavān); the Almighty advises that, ‘aham (अहं), I, is the first name of God. ‘अ’ (A) being Sanskrit’s first letter and ‘अः’ (ha) the last, ‘aha’ thus embraces all, from the creation till the termination. Aham prēma (prem) (अहम् प्रेम); I am divine love; I am the throb of self-bliss in the heart; I am complete; I am true. The Bṛhadāraṇyaka Upanishad (बृहदारण्यक उपनिषद्) of the Yajurveda (यजुर्वेदः) states “aham brahmāsmi” (अहम् (अहं) ब्रह्मास्मि Ah-HUM brah-MAHS-mee). This Sanskrit sutra is loosely translated as, “The core of my being is the ultimate reality, the root and ground of the Universe, the source of all that exists.” The sole truth is that anything and everything we seek, already resides within us.
The advait philosophy is the notion of ‘ahamm’ – ‘I am the supreme self’, ‘I am that I am’;
ॐ पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात् पूर्णमुदच्यते।
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते।।
ॐ शांतिः शांतिः शांतिः ।
Om purnam adah, purnam idam, purnat purnam udacyate,
Purnasya purnam adaya, purnam evavasisyate.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti!
(That is full; this is full; this fullness has been projected from that fullness. When this fullness merges in that fullness, fullness is all that remains. May there be peace all around.)
Each miniature water droplet and the colossal ocean have the same essence. Every grain of sand has the spirit of the ceaseless desert. Likewise, the cosmic sea of life has immeasurable spirit drops or monads. Fated to eons of celestial pilgrimage, in evolutionary self-realization, before finally merging back with the source, each is alike to the creator. Individuality is not merely Maya (माया; māyā ). The initial Logos or “paramātmā — परमात्मा” is as creative as its children monads, as is each human being or any other entity. Identical in substance, intelligence, and consciousness, yet each is a timeless individual. I am certainly boundless – “aham asmi parabrahma”. This credo that “above and within each being is everything” asserts that fundamentally, each is one with another and the whole. Through any point in the Universe, in all worlds, all gods, all humans, all tiny subatomic particles flows the same blessed consciousness, derived from the same elemental source. Via Bhagavad Gita (10:20), Arjuna receives complete wisdom on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. Krishna says,
अहमात्मा गुडाकेश सर्वभूताशयस्तिः (ahamatma gudakesa sarvabhutasayasthitah).
I am the Atman, O Gudakesa, living in the heart of all beings. Exhume from within yourself, the seeker, the ‘Arjuna’, and embrace your divinity. Expose yourself to the only truth there is. Consent us to hold your hand, and lead you into the world of advait, or non-duality.
Energy Healing Modalities
Sujata invites and welcomes every person seeking to re-establish their bond with the higher collective consciousness and achieve holistic health and wellness.
It has been well over a decade since this insatiable seeker had her first physical tryst with the fathomless world of energy healing, the infinite possibilities, and the power within. In a reiki class amidst all the chaos that life often begets, she witnessed in person the divine’s “unconditional love”. With an intent to become ‘that’ itself, she breathes every breath with much gratitude. A Delhi-based mother of two, Sujata Malik started off as a dedicated mathematics and science teacher. An alumni of the prestigious convent of Jesus & Mary, she is a postgraduate gold medalist from Lady Irwin college, Delhi University. Her fondness for edification was best noticed at her coaching institute. Of course when she first started teaching 25 odd years back, she didn’t realize how significantly her subjects would diversify.
Very open to new ideas, her pursuit for knowledge led her, step-by-step, into the spiritual realm. Always religiously inclined, she was forever intrigued with the mesmerizing world of spiritual healing. Conceding to the idea of the source she lived with faith, knowing that each moment of her life was guiding her to her sacred path. Sporadically though, she would turn into an anxiety ball, or ruthless migraine pains would take over the best part of her. It was the quest for a ‘cure’ that led her home! She recollects how she took responsibility for the first time. Reiki and meditation enabled her to attain physical, emotional, as well as spiritual bliss. What ensued was, utter clarity of her divine purpose in this magnificent world.
As she began her journey of self-discovery Sujata encountered her fair share of non-believers, even within her family, pointing out what a sheer squandering of effort and time her quests were. Through her persistence, faith, and belief Sujata proved otherwise. As just another evidence of cosmic support, she soon had her family convert into die-hard believers, always eager and ready to jump into any and all of the spiritual workshops!
