A Brief on Rebirthing into A New Consciousness

With rising consciousness and expanding energies; we have carefully crafted a 7-week mentoring and clearing program; designed by healer Sujata.

True to its name, the aim of the program is to:

• To bring us into a state of awareness that has been misted by traumas, negative vibrations, low energies or any triggering life situations.
• It truly empowers us and makes us independent, while letting us move ahead courageously without any emotional or mental blockages.
• It also helps to identify one’s own issues and grow out of them.

This program introduces and teaches us several healing modalities that allow us to open ourselves to receive from the Universe. These are tools that open to our true divine nature.

Each week focuses on working on different areas as discussed below :

• Identifying your intents and recreating the master hologram,
• Identifying and releasing resistance & cutting through limiting belief systems
• Connecting the heart and mind to be open and receptive
• Releasing body memories and impingements
• Recognizing and reclaiming your creative power
• Integration and Reprogramming the subconscious mind
• Re- Claiming our creative powers and Rebirthing into a new consciousness

This 7-week program enables you to re-claim your creativity and organically Rebirth into a New Consciousness

We will be working with simple healing modalities like Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT); Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT); meditation and prayers to work on the areas mentioned above.

We will share journal prompts, worksheets and other homework tasks that will be completed in your own time. Each session will be recorded, so that can be saved forever with you. Time duration May vary from 40-50 mins depending on the number of queries one has.
It’s highly motivating to learn in a group as group energies are really powerful.
